About Sol-Habitat

 

Lori Leyrer, founder ad owner of Sol Habitat, is an environmentally conscious general contractor with 20 years of experience in building alternative and traditional structures. Her goal is to use environmentally friendly building materials and apply energy efficient principles whenever possible.

Lori's passion is bringing alternative building and solar design awareness to the general public. She has extensive training in photovoltaics. Lori received her AA in Industrial Arts from Orange Coast College and her BS in Psychology from California State University, Sonoma.

 

 

 

Eric Deck, partner, brings over 30 years of experience to Sol Habitat with expertise in estimating, managing and building homes both large and small. His knowledge of the construction industry provides a solid foundation for adapting alternative building to code-compliant standards.
